After years on the shop floor servicing industrial machinery, I learned one thing fast: off-the-shelf tools rarely survive real abuse, and mass-market manufacturing keeps making hardware cheaper, flimsier, and more disposable.
When a back injury forced me off the field, I turned my background in automation and design toward building hardware I actually wanted to use. What started as custom one-off tools to solve immediate technical headaches on the job became Chaotic Konstructs—a Brooklyn-based workshop dedicated to specialized tools built without compromise.

The Vision
Chaotic Konstructs isn’t about pumping out junk. I refuse to waste my time scurrying around to make a buck. This is an evolving, ever-shifting design studio for hand-crafted tools, everyday items, custom blades, and shop knickknacks designed for people who appreciate precision hardware that lasts and looks sick as hell doing it.
The Craft
Every tool that leaves the shop is a masterclass in multi-process fabrication:

Laser-Cut & Hand-Ground: Tool blanks are precision-cut, then hand-beveled and formed individually on the grinder, then final shaped by hand using diamond stones.

Vacuum-Cast Ergonomics: Resin handles are built using custom master molds and high-durability urethane resins cast under pressure for total process control.
Custom Engineering & Private Contract Fabrication
Beyond the storefront, Chaotic Konstructs operates as a private contract shop. From custom automated fixtures to bespoke mechanical assemblies, I partner directly with industrial clients, makers, and shops to solve complex engineering challenges.
When you hire me for custom design or fabrication, you get complete confidentiality—your IP stays strictly between us, not shipped off to overseas manufacturers. Due to strict Non-Disclosure Agreements, much of this high-level work remains strictly off the record, but the tools on this site reflect that exact same industrial-grade precision.
